4 lb. memory foam offers a good density compromise. It is denser than 3 lb. memory foam, making it firmer and more supportive. However, it isn't as dense as 5 lb. memory foam, which means it will have a nicer initial feel, be just a little more yielding, and will cost less.
3" memory foam is considered to have a medium thickness. It is thick enough to provide quite a bit of support for people who sleep on their backs or sides.
- Adjusts to your body's temperature
- Molds to your body's shape, distributing your weight evenly
- Helps eliminate pressure points at the shoulders and hips
- Makes sleep more restful by reducing tossing and turning

Old lady with bad back from Aspen, Colorado would recommend this to a friend.
A Little About Myself | Retired great-grandmother |
Pros | I have a new adjustable bed (not your brand) with spring mattress. I love the "adjustable" but started having back pains again. Bought the foam mattress topper and it has made all the difference. I sleep well with little or no pain. |
Cons | I cannot move or flip the foam over when I rotate mattress. But I can't rotate the mattress either without help. Time for grandchildren to help. |
I answered your survey on another item and I never got the $15 certificate, I could have applied it to the foam topper.
