Classic, Premium, & Elite Adjustable Bed Base Returns

Classic, Premium, and Elite adjustable bed bases may be returned by the original purchaser within the first (1st) year of purchase. The original purchaser will have their purchase price refunded minus the cost of delivery to and from the original delivery location. In addition, the bed base must be fully operational and not have damage beyond minor cosmetic damage.

Simple Sleep, Gentle Sleep, & Vinyl Mattress Returns

Simple Sleep, Gentle Sleep, and Vinyl mattresses may be returned by the original purchaser within 120 days of purchase. The original purchaser will have their purchase price refunded minus the cost of return delivery from the original delivery location. RETURNED MATTRESSES MUST BE IN SALABLE CONDITION. Mattresses that have damage including damage such as tears, cuts, or holes, or mattresses that have stains, odors, or water damage are not returnable.

Note: GoldenRest does not resell returned mattresses. All adjustable beds purchased on GoldenRest.net come with brand new, unused mattresses.

Bamboo Z-Mat Mattress Returns

Both Spring Core and Latex Core Z-Mats may be returned by the original purchaser within 120 days of purchase. The original purchaser will have their purchase price refunded minus the cost of return delivery from the original delivery location. RETURNED MATTRESSES MUST BE IN SALABLE CONDITION. Mattresses that have damage including damage such as tears, cuts, or holes, or mattresses that have stains, odors, or water damage are not returnable. For Z-Mats, both the Z-Mat Core and the Z- Mat Topper must be returned and both must be in salable condition as specified above.

Bamboo Z-Mat Topper Exchanges

The original purchaser of a GoldenRest Bamboo Z-Mat Mattress qualifies for one (1) free Z-Mat Topper exchange. This topper exchange may be made at any time within 120 days of purchase. The original purchaser is responsible for destroying either the original or the new topper within 30 days of receipt of their new Z-Mat topper and submitting proof to their GoldenRest representative. If proof is not submitted, the original purchaser may be charged for the price of the topper including delivery charges to their location.

Hi-Low & Traditional Model Adjustable Bed Base Returns

Hi-Low or Traditional GoldenRest adjustable beds may be returned within 10 days of delivery. Returned beds must be in like new condition. Once the bed is received, inspected, and determined to be in like new condition, we will refund the purchase price of the adjustable bed, minus:

  • Traditional Models: 15% restocking fee, $500.00 for freight charges, and $500.00 for in-home set up and box up fees
  • Hi-Low Models: 15% restocking fee, $600.00 for freight charges, and $600.00 for in-home set up and box up fees

Hi-Low & Traditional Model Mattress Returns

Any Traditional GoldenRest mattress which has had the plastic removed cannot be returned. You will receive credit for the adjustable bed base as listed above and you will be charged for replacement of the mattress.

All Models - Cancellations

If your adjustable bed has left the warehouse and you cancel, there will be a freight charge of $250 plus a restocking charge of 15%. If your bed has not yet left the warehouse, the cancellation fee is $250. Mattress orders that are canceled after leaving the warehouse will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

Linen Returns

Linens are not returnable except for cases of manufacturing defects. We cannot accept linen returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong color, thread count, or size, unless the mistake was on our part.
