GoldenRest In-Home Parts & Labor Warranty

  • Who does this warranty cover? The original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable.
  • What does this warranty cover? GoldenRest will repair or replace any part of your GoldenRest adjustable bed base or GoldenRest adjustable mattress that has a defect in material or workmanship free of charge. GoldenRest chooses whether to repair or replace the parts in question. If GoldenRest chooses to send a service professional to perform labor, this will be done free of charge. Transportation of parts is also free of charge for customers in the lower 48 states. Customers outside this area are responsible for any transportation costs incurred.
  • How long does this warranty last? One year from the date or purchase. An extended two year in-home parts & labor warranty is available on certain models, but it must be purchased at the same time as the product. Extended coverage can no longer be purchased once the product has been delivered.
  • What are the limitations of this warranty? This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, or improper operation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, storage, or commercial use. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of upholstery.

GoldenRest Classic, Premium, & Elite Adjustable Bed Base Warranties

  • Who does this warranty cover? The original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable.
  • What does this warranty cover? GoldenRest will repair or replace any part of your GoldenRest adjustable bed base that has a defect in material or workmanship, including the motors. GoldenRest chooses whether to repair or replace the parts in question. There is no charge for the repair or replacement itself, however transportation costs associated with repairs or replacements are the customer’s responsibility. If in-home service is required, the customer is also responsible for these charges.
  • How long does this warranty last? For the lifetime of the original purchaser.
  • What are the limitations of this warranty? This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, or improper operation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, storage, or commercial use. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of upholstery. This warranty does not apply to GoldenRest Hi-Low adjustable bed bases, which have a separate warranty policy.

GoldenRest Standard Mattress Warranty - Simple Sleep, Gentle Sleep, & Vinyl Mattresses

  • Who does this warranty cover? The original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable.
  • What does this warranty cover? GoldenRest will repair or replace your GoldenRest mattress if it has a defect in material or workmanship. GoldenRest chooses whether to repair or replace the mattress. The customer’s cost for the repair or replacement itself is listed in the table below. Transportation costs associated with repairs or replacements are the customer’s responsibility. If in-home service is required, the customer is also responsible for these charges.
  • How long does this warranty last? This is a 20 year, pro-rated warranty. Specific terms are listed in the table below.

  • What are the limitations of this warranty? This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, or improper use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, storage, or commercial use. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of upholstery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by using the mattress without a foundation, or when used on inappropriate foundations, box springs, or adjustable bed bases.

 GoldenRest Premium Mattress Warranty - Bamboo Z-Mat Mattress

  • Who does this warranty cover? The original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable.
  • What does this warranty cover? GoldenRest will repair or replace your GoldenRest Bamboo Z-Mat mattress if it has a defect in material or workmanship. GoldenRest chooses whether to repair or replace the mattress. There is no charge for the repair or replacement itself, however transportation costs associated with repairs or replacements are the customer’s responsibility. If in-home service is required, the customer is also responsible for these charges.
  • How long does this warranty last? For the lifetime of the original purchaser.
  • What are the limitations of this warranty? This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, or improper use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, storage, or commercial use. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of upholstery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by using the mattress without a foundation, or when used on inappropriate foundations, box springs, or adjustable bed bases.

GoldenRest Hi-Low Adjustable Bed & Mattress Warranties

  • GoldenRest Hi-Low adjustable beds and their mattresses are covered solely by our In-Home Parts & Labor Warranty. No additional coverage is offered beyond the 1 year warranty. GoldenRest will continue to make parts and service available, however the customer is responsible for these charges beyond the end of the warranty.

GoldenRest Traditional Model Adjustable Bed & Mattress Warranties

  • Traditional Model GoldenRest adjustable beds and mattresses are covered by our 1 Year In-Home Parts & Labor Warranty. In addition, mattresses are have a 10 year limited warranty and bases have a 15 year limited warranty. These limited warranties cover part repairs and replacements, however the customer is responsible for any transportation costs and in-home service costs associated with the repair or replacement.

GoldenRest Acid Reflux Bed & Mattress Warranties

  • GoldenRest Acid Reflux bed bases carry a lifetime steel frame and 5 year electrical components and wooden mattress base warranty. Acid Reflux mattresses carry a 5 year warranty. These warranties are parts only. The customer is responsible for service calls and freight charges incurred in the replacement or repair of the defective bed or part by the manufacturer or servicer.

 Sheets & Other Linen Warranties

  • All linens without a specific warranty are warranted against manufacturing defects until the time they are used or laundered, up to 30 days. Please inspect all your linens when they arrive. If there is a problem, please call us for further information. Warranties that are specifically mentioned, such as 10 year warranties, are against manufacturing defects only. Wear and tear is not covered on any linens.

Supernal Mattress Warranties

  • Who does this warranty cover?  The original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable.
  • How long does this warranty last? Your Supernal Mattress "Core" is warranted for 5 years.  After the first year, the customer will be responsible for any freight charges that are necessary to replace the mattress.  Your Supernal Mattress "Cover" is warranted for one year against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material.
  • What are the limitations of this warranty? If there is a defect in workmanship or material, your cover and/or mattress will be repaired or replaced (at our option) any and all implied warranties on this product shall not exceed in duration the term of the limited warranty.  This warranty begins on the day of your purchase, and applies only to the original purchaser, and is not transferable.  If your mattress is repaired or replaced, this limited warranty will not be renewed or extended.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service and invalidate the warranty if items are found to be in an unsanitary condition (due to blood or bodily fluid stains or soiling, infestation or other abuse), or whenever the product failure is caused by factors other than defective workmanship or materials.  

 Supernal Frame and Electronics Warranties

  • Who does this warranty cover? The original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable. 
  • How long does this warranty last? Your Supernal Hi-Low bed, is warranted to the original consumer only, against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original consumer. Your Supernal Recliner Plus bed is warranted to the original consumer only, against defect in material or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase by the original consumer.  
  • What does this warranty cover? Transfer Master Products Inc. will repair or replace, at its option, any bed which evidences, with the warranty period, a defect in material or workmanship.  Electronics, which include the hand control, control box, and the motors, are limited to one year of labor, while the parts are covered for two years.  
  • What are the limitations of this warranty? This warranty does not include any damage caused to fabric, electrical cables or cords, external or internal finish.  Nor does this warranty apply to the foundation cover or mattress, which are covered under a seperate warranty.  Defective parts and/or components will be repaired and/or replaced provided that the parts have not been subject to misuse or improper service by the consumer, have not been damaged in transit or handling and/or have not been altered or repaired by unauthorized representatives.
